JURIEN BAY
Jurien Bay Beach Resort was an architecturally designed, fully furnished 4Ha beach front resort situated on the pristine shores of the Turquoise Coast in Jurien Bay, less than 3 hour’s drive north of Perth.
This development was conceptualised to ensure residents would have direct access to the beach and not need to cross any roads to dip their feet in the turquoise waters of the Bay.
The development consisted of 85 one, two and three bedroom short-stay apartments, a further 12 x 300sqm lots for permanent-stay and a small commercial precinct.
Jurien Bay Beach Resort was the largest fully managed resort on the turquoise coast, complete with all the expected holiday location facilities including a spectacular swimming pool, tennis court, fabulous landscaped gardens, shared barbeque facilities and boat bays.
Every holiday unit was fully furnished with a contemporary and functional furniture package. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality was evident throughout from the innovative design to timber flooring and high standard appliances.
